Brightlingsea's 'Natural Pharmacy'.

Natural Remedies is a light and airy little shop tucked away just off the High Street in Brightlingsea, a small town on the coast of rural Essex. It was opened in 2004 by homeopath and nutritionist Caz West, who runs a busy practice on the premises.

"I used to work from three separate clinics and it was frustrating to think that many of my patients were going home to an environment where they might be unwittingly exposed to harmful ingredients in personal toiletries or household cleaners. It's only common sense to support good health with safe and natural versions of the products we use every day.

Many people think of Natural Remedies as an alternative pharmacy. Apart from natural medicines we offer a treasure trove of organic and ethical products for skin and hair, colour cosmetics, essential oils, massage blends, toothpastes, feminine hygiene, baby care, candles, incense, relaxation CDs for adults and kids, household laundry and cleaners, himalayan salt lights, massage rollers, cinammon slippers, incense, perfumes, books and more.

Natural Remedies is also a great place to come for information. Product literature, testers and samples are useful guides for customers, and they can get qualified free advice over the counter.

AND FINALLY... we have opened Natural Remedies online shop, where you can browse through a selection of products recommended by us and approved by our customers. We will be adding products of quality and value almost daily to start with so please visit often.
